UCCI - SALES MANAGER
Brian will work
with you from first contact through the
completion of the contract to build your
new home. Brian’s expertise is in
matching your needs with a home you can
enjoy for years to come.
He will
provide information and answer questions
you may have about us or our homes.
He will
show you our homes and work with you on
altering our floor plans or designing
your own custom home.
Brian is also a
Realtor with ERA American and can
provide assistance to you in securing a
home site. Brian was born in New Jersey
and raised in Citrus
County.
After
exploring other areas of Florida,
he has returned to Citrus
County
to stay.
He is
married to Robin and a father to 14 year
old daughter, Samantha and 3 year old
triplets, Anthony, Nicholas & Alexis.
Brian has
been with Summerwind Homes since 2004.

 JEFFREY
HADLEY - PROJECT MANAGER
Jeff will supervise
the building of your home from the day
your homesite is cleared through the
completion of your new home. Jeff’s
expertise is in communicating with you
throughout the construction process and
in making sure that every detail during
construction is followed through on to
insure that your home is exactly as you
want it. Jeff is also a licensed
building contractor. Jeff was born in
St. Petersburg, Florida and raised in
Citrus County. He also has explored
other areas in Florida but has returned
to Citrus County to stay. He is married
to Deanna and the father to two boys,
Tyler and Trent. Jeff has been with
Summerwind Homes since 2002.

 CHARLOTTE
DINKELMAN - OFFICE MANAGER
Charlotte
ensures that our office runs smoothly in
order that you receive information and
documentation you need throughout the
construction of your new home. Charlotte will also work closely with you
throughout the color selection process for your new
home.
Charlotte
is the smiling face you will always
enjoy talking with.
Charlotte
hails from Indiana
but has been a Citrus
County
resident for years. Her many years in
the construction and real estate
industry assures that you will always
receive direct and quick answers to any
general questions you may have.
Charlotte
is married to Alan and has 3 sons and 8
grandchildren.
Charlotte
has been with Summerwind Homes since
2000.

"BUZZ" UCCI- PUBLIC RELATIONS MANAGER
As one of the
co-founders of Summerwind Homes, Buzz
now serves as a liaison between the
community and Summerwind. Having over
30 years experience in the construction
and sales industries, Buzz also serves
the important role of consultant to the
entire staff and to our clients as
needed. He is a licensed building
contractor and a Realtor. Buzz hails
from New Jersey and has lived in Citrus
County since 1983. He is married to
Judy and is father to 2 children and
grandfather to 8 grandchildren

SUSAN HADLEY - OPERATIONS MANAGER
As one of the
co-founders of Summerwind Homes, Susan’s
major contribution is in the design and
financial end of the business. Having
worked over 30 years in the land
development, construction and real
estate industries, she has overall
knowledge in all aspects of building new
homes. Susan was “Builder of the Year”
in 2000 and currently serves on the
Citrus County Builders Association Board
of Directors. Having lived in Citrus
County
since 1974, she considers herself a
native. She is single and has one son
and 2 grandchildren.
